Preliminary Information Form

This form informs the BUYER before the agreement is concluded, as required by Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Product, address and amount details specific to your order are shown with this form on the checkout page.

Main characteristics and price

Product characteristics are given on the product pages; VAT-inclusive prices, the shipping fee and the total are shown in the order summary at checkout. Prices are valid until the order is completed.

Payment and delivery

• Payment is taken by credit or debit card via PayTR.
• Products ship within 30 days of payment at the latest (usually 1–3 business days).
• The shipping fee is shown in the order summary and is free above the set threshold.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Opened cosmetic and personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See the Returns & Cancellations page for the process.

Complaints

You can send complaints using the SELLER’s contact details and apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court.

The Turkish version of this form is binding.
