Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are shown above, and the BUYER who places an order on the website and provides their name, address, phone and email.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered on the website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products, price and payment

The type, quantity, VAT-inclusive price, shipping fee and total of the products are shown in the Preliminary Information Form during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the licensed payment institution PayTR. Card details are never seen or stored by the SELLER. Any instalment interest charged by the bank is borne by the BUYER.

4. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address given by the BUYER within the statutory 30 days of payment confirmation. The shipping fee is shown in the order summary; shipping is free above the threshold set in the site settings.

The BUYER should not accept a damaged or incomplete parcel without a report signed by the courier, and should inform the SELLER immediately of any damage.

5. Right of withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty.

The withdrawal notice is sent in writing to the SELLER’s email or KEP address within this period. The BUYER returns the product with its invoice to the SELLER’s return address within 10 days of the notice.

The SELLER refunds the total amount to the payment instrument used (the card, via PayTR) within 14 days of receiving the notice.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Cosmetic and personal-care products (massage oils, balms, etc.) whose packaging, seal or tape has been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons,
• Products prepared according to the BUYER’s personal requests,
• Products that perish quickly or may pass their expiry date,
• Other cases listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

7. Defective products

For defective products the BUYER may exercise the optional rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair or replacement).

8. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, at the BUYER’s place of residence or of the transaction, are competent.

9. Entry into force

The BUYER confirms having read and electronically accepted the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement before placing the order. A copy of the accepted text is stored with the order and emailed to the BUYER.

The Turkish version of this agreement is binding.
