Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order by email or phone before it is shipped. Cancelled orders are refunded to your card within 14 days.
Returns (right of withdrawal)
- Notify us of your return by email within 14 days of delivery.
- Send the product with its invoice and original packaging to the return address above within 10 days of your notice.
- Opened cosmetic and personal-care products such as massage oils and balms cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are made to the card used, via PayTR, within 14 days of your notice and the product’s arrival. Depending on your bank it may take a few days to appear.
Damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, let us know with a photo as soon as possible. We cover the shipping cost and replace or refund the product.
Cancelling an appointment
No prepayment is taken for appointments. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
The Turkish version of these terms is binding.
